Diaspora is a distinctive display font that pays homage to the Italian immigration to Scotland between 1880 and 1920. This font uniquely captures the hybrid identities of the Scots-Italian diaspora by offering seven alternate glyphs for letters A, E, M, N, T, U, V, and W. These alternates empower users to craft their own typographic identity.

Designed on a cohesive basic structure, Diaspora maintains individual quirks across its letters, ensuring a harmonious yet diverse set. The font enables users to create text styles that evoke either a distinctly Roman, or a Gaelic aesthetic, or blend elements from both cultures into a seamless hybrid.
