Segment A is a robust display-type family featuring 18 styles that draw inspiration from condensed European grotesques of the 19th century, infused with clear geometric proportions. In its Black weight, the letterforms reflect the bold, industrial graphic design ethos of the 1960s and 70s. Each style offers flexibility with 3 axes—adjustable in weight, width, and a 10˚ italic angle.

Defined by its narrow proportions and distinctive character, Segment A boasts high-quality outlines and meticulous detailing. The typeface includes oblique cuts, sharp tails, and prominent ink traps, enhancing its aggressive and edgy appearance. Its generous x-height, coupled with short ascenders and descenders, ensures excellent legibility even in densely packed text blocks.

Ideal for creating impactful headlines, branding materials, and signage, Segment A stands out with its bold, dynamic presence and versatile design possibilities.
